What others say

“I’ve found the Natures Sway sling invaluable with my two children, one who was quite a high need baby and the other who was a frequent feeder. I could carry my children and feed while I did other things.”
Caroline Brie - Midwife and mother of two children

Natures best baby carrier

ollie_sling.jpgIn the West, infant carrying has become a lost art. At Natures Sway, we are reintroducing this beneficial and age-old tradition. Introducing our modern and stylish version of the most natural baby carrier - the baby sling.

The Natures Sway sling is designed to carry your little one just as you naturally would. The real genius is how comfortable they are to wear. The cross shoulder strap means you are perfectly counter balanced resulting in less load on your back.

Many parents describe the Natures Sway baby carrier as one of the best baby products they ever invested in.

We've recently made some changes to the design of our Organic Baby Sling. We've added a 'double adjuster' at the back of our new curved shoudler pad - which is now made with wool padding instead of foam. This 'double adjuster' utilises Pack technology in that the webbing slides easily through the ladder-lock adjuster (unlike our traditional, fiddly fabric!). The biggest benefit is found when using the Sling as a hip-seat, as it allows the top railing to be pulled closer to the wearer's body - helping your baby balance better, and ensuring they're secure even when wriggling or back-arching.
Please note our non-organic Baby Sling does not have these new features

Features

Comfortable for you and your child. Comfortable shoulder pads include a compressed foam pad which distributes the weight evenly, reducing stress on your back and shoulders without cutting in like many other slings

Easy to use. Feature a single, easy to use, side-release pack clip. Located on the front for easy access, in just one click, your baby is secure and comfortable and there’s only one clip to undo to get baby (often sleeping) out.

Natural. Made from either a 100% quality soft cotton canvas or also available in our Organics range of 55% hemp 45% organic cotton.

Safe. Your child is cosseted so they can’t fall out and close to you for constant monitoring. Click here to learn how to correctly put your baby into the sling.

Easily adjustable to any care giver. The ladder-lock, located at the back of the shoulder pad allows each user to fit the sling to their torso size and wear baby right up front or on the side.

Long lasting. Many parents report ease carrying weights of 12-15 kgs (an average 2 year old), however there is no real age limit on using the sling.

Great for breast feeding. Natures Sway Baby Slings are perfect for keeping baby close to you and allow easy, discrete, hands free breastfeeding. Skin to skin contact and being close to mum is essential for a baby in the early years and can help baby breath better and help ensure they develop a healthy bond with parents.

Good looking. The sling is available in a variety of modern colours.

“For millions of years new born babies have been held close to their mothers from the moment of birth. Being held and included on normal activities is the foundation for human well-being. Our positive identity is based on feeling right, good and welcome: as experienced by the infant in arms: their rightful place.”
