We offer a 100% no quibble, full return policy. We do our absolute best to describe our products fully and completely, but if you are not happy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will either exchange it for you or refund your money (excluding original freight charges, and you must cover the cost of returning the item).

All information that you provide us with is encrypted and transmitted via 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is the system used by all legitimate shopping sites world wide.

Natures Sway is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and/or providing you with additional product information if requested.
We promise that your personal details will not be used for other purposes. Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. Once your order is fulfilled, your credit card details will be deleted from our system.
Delivery Information
Our despatch team process orders each Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed between Thursday evening and Tuesday morning will be despatched on Tuesday, and orders placed between Tuesday evening and Thursday morning will be despatched on Thursday (subject to stock availability). (Please note our organic range is made to order and may be subject to a slightly different timetable.)
Please see the notes below to calculate how long a parcel may take to get to you and allow time for delivery – mail services are not within our control.
You are responsible for ensuring delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability for misdelivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided. We will do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.
Should you experience any problems, please contact us immediately. Most carrying companies provide a track and trace service, and we will provide this information should the situation arises.
The target delivery time for parcels sent within New Zealand is 2 to 4 working days, overseas via Airmail is 3 to 10 working days. Overseas via Economy, the target is 10 to 25 working days.
Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any local taxes or customs charges that you may be liable for.
