Half a metre of stainless steel chain with 2 stainless steel karabiner clips.
Available in 1 meter lengths for higher ceilings. The links are perfectly sized so you can adjust your clips to any link allowing you to choose what height to have your hammock hanging. We recommend hanging it waist high for a newborn so you dont have to bend far and then drop it closer (20-50cm allowing for spring bounce) to a covered floor once baby is bigger and more active (from 2-3 months).

One standard 0.5 meter chain and two karabiners come packed with every hammock purchased, you may want to purchase a second set to hang from the second ceiling hook to make it easy to move the hammock and spring from one hanging place to the other.
