Cotton

Cotton is a soft, highly absorbent, natural fibre. It's lightweight, and breathable qualities make a fabric that is strong, durable, but still has good air circulation. Because cotton is a breathable natural fibre it absorbs moisture, keeping your baby cool during the summer and warm during the winter. Cotton is naturally hypoallergenic, and has limited association with any allergies so is perfect for your baby's delicate skin. Being 100% natural, cotton is therefore also biodegradable.
That feeling of comfort and security is vital for babies to feel connected to their physical and emotional roots, helping them to develop and sustain themselves throughout their lives.
