Shipping and Returns
In New Zealand we have now entered into Phase 3 of the COVID response strategy. All our courier and transport partners have been preparing for the eventuality of widespread transmission of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. However, while plans are put in place, often the reality pans out a bit differently.
Our delivery times below are just a guide and may be delayed due to restrictions.
All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
For any orders outside of New Zealand, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. Nature's Sway is not responsible for custom duty charges.
Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
We ship nationwide in New Zealand via Courier Post, Postehaste, Castle Parcels and Urgent Couriers and internationally via DHL and NZ Post. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business. Signature is required upon delivery.
Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.
Deliveries within New Zealand are usually 2-5 business days but can vary depending on the location.
Deliveries internationally are usually 5-10 business days. Delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control.
You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping.
At Nature’s Sway we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. Postage at your cost
Nature’s Sway will exchange or refund any full price item purchased through naturessway.co.nz.
Discounted items, can be returned for an exchange, but cannot be returned for a refund.
Returns must be received within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original condition and not used, altered or washed.
Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
We will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed.
Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Nature’s Sway is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
How to return an item
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, what you’re returning and whether you would like to exchange your item or if you would like a refund.

We will notify you of your return via email, within one working day of receiving your order.
If you discover that your item has a fault please contact us at email@example.com, with your order number.
Nature’s Sway will happily repair or replace all goods that are classified as faulty after assessment.
If we cannot repair or replace your item, we will refund you, including shipping costs.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items. Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purchases.
Please note, card refunds may take up to 3 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
